The number of online ticketing users of China movies market will reach 249 million in 2018.
The online ticketing revenue of China movies market was 4.864 billion yuan (USD 726.3 million) in 2013, and it kept growth in the following years, reaching 28.957 billion yuan (USD 4.3 billion) in 2015. It will reach 86.4 billion yuan (USD 12.9 billion) by 2018 according to Analysis.

Online ticketing users in tier 2 cities account for the largest proportion of over 40% between 2012 and 2015.
