Sina Weibo is secretly developing a new design in which posting will have visibility settings and individual users’ Weibo page more design options.
In the new design which will likely be released in late September, users can publish posts which only certain groups of friends can see and comment (can’t re-post though). The new design will allow users to set a Facebook cover photo like photos on top of her home page.
