Vitacost has started providing direct delivery service to Chinese cross border shoppers with China’s largest logistic company SF Express.
Vitacost mainly sells healthcare products including thousands of vitamins, mineral substance, herbal medicine, supplement, organic food and so on. It has active customers of 2.3 million. Vitacost owns over 800 employees and logistics centers in North Carolina and Nevada.
It is said that the popular American e-commerce websites among China consumers are Vitacost, iHerb, Drugstore and so on. Vitacsot is famous for its discount and wide range of products among cross-border online shoppers in China.
According to Vitacost’s press release, the delivery status with SF express can be tracked during products transportation. The package under 4 pounds charges $10.99 for shipping and the extra pound charges $2.75, which is more convenient than before.
Costco Wholesale also launched Tmall flagship store on Tmall Global reaching Chinese consumers directly with competitively priced food and healthcare products recently in China.
Amazon reduced its shipping charge as well as direct shipping service to cross-border online shoppers in China.
